HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We use your name, address, phone number, email, and credit card information to process payments.

We use your phone number to send you offers such as our free introductory class and special classes, information such as: testing dates and times, instructions to download our free app, login information for online classes, and to share pictures of our students with you.

DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?

We share this information with Cardpointe (our credit card processing company) to process payments after signing up. Age and name of the student are not shared. Only the information on the card to be processed is shared.

CAN CUSTOMERS REVIEW OR DELETE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT?

Yes. Information can be changed as needed. Customers can request to delete their information from our records.

HOW DO WE RESPOND TO LEGAL REQUESTS?

All legal requests must be in writing and will be responded to in writing.

HOW DO WE NOTIFY CUSTOMERS IF OUR PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES?

We uploaded to our website and app. We also send a message to our app to notify all customers.
